WE SEEK SUBMISSIONS ON A WIDE VARIETY OF TOPICS
One the world’s leading journals for over twenty years, Framework’s pioneering attention to critical and artistic innovation is well known, having highlighted historical film theory, independent global cinema, television programming and issues of cultural myopia as few others have done. Many of its trailblazing ideas are now commonplace. Now, after an out-of-print period, Framework has been re-established, in the U.S., with a new publisher, Wayne State University Press.
Framework remains committed to a multicultural, international approach to film and media and we welcome work from scholars, students, critics, artists and practitioners. The journal is not tied to any one method or ideology, rather our aim is to inform, stimulate and bring together disparate analyses of a wide variety of subjects.
